Clothing Returns
We understand you need to try on clothing and online shopping can be hard. Because we want you to be completely satisfied, we will issue refunds on clothing items only, at full price. Sale items cannot be returned.
Items must be received back to us within 14 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition. We DO NOT accept returns on Swimwear and Lingerie.
We DO NOT offer refunds on other items. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we can issue a store credit within 14 days. The item must be returned in new, unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your receipt. Sale items cannot be returned.
Please note- shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are your responsibility. All returns MUST be sent via a trackable source- we will not be held responsible for items lost in the post on return to us.
All returns must be approved by Commune Bondi. Before shipping back your return, please contact us at
hello@communebondi.com. Please include your order number with the package.
Please note we do not accept responsibility for breakages on ceramics, we take every care to package them securely as they need to be.
